Lisa Ventura — founder of Cyber Security Unity, Member of the Order of the British Empire, and appreciator of 80s soap operas Lisa Ventura MBE is the founder of Cyber Security Unity, a UK-based organization seeking to unite the cyber security industry globally. Lisa is also a proud neurodivergent person; after being diagnosed in her adulthood with autism and ADHD, she gained a wider understanding of who she is, how she can use her unique traits to make the world better, and how she can advocate for neurodivergent talent in the cyber industry.
